Director and actor Robert Conrad, of The Wild Wild West and Baa, Baa Black Sheep fame, is the father of eight children by two marriages.
Two of his sons, Christian Conrad and Shane Conrad ("Doug" in The Brady Bunch Movie) had roles alongside Robert in TV shows such as Jesse Hawkes and High Mountain Rangers. Christian and Shane's first onscreen roles were alongside their dad in the 1984 TV movies Hard Knox, followed by the 1986 TV movie Charley Hannah.
Robert's daughter Nancy Conrad's first role was in her father's 1975 film Murph the Surf, followed by his 1977 film Sudden Death. She also appeared in 10 episodes of Robert's series Black Sheep Squadron from 1977-1978, followed by an appearance in his series A Man Called Sloane in 1979.
Another daughter, Joan Conrad, directed High Mountain Rangers and worked as executive producer on a number of her father's TV projects.
Robert’s son-in-law, Tim Erwin, also had a part in High Mountain Rangers and Robert's 1993 TV movie Sworn to Vengeance.
His half-brother Larry Manetti appeared in Baa, Baa Black Sheep, as well as the CBS series Magnum, P.I.
Robert’s second wife, LaVelda Fann, appeared with her husband in 1995’s High Sierra Search and Rescue series.
