Pierce Brosnan & Family
Pierce as "James Bond" in 2002's "Die Another Day." Pierce met the Bond producer through his late wife (and actress in a Bond film) Cassandra Harris.
Actor Pierce Brosnan (The Thomas Crown AffairMrs. DoubtfireMamma Mia!) is best known for his roles as "Remington Steele" in the 1980s series, as well as playing "James Bond" in 1995's GoldenEye, 1997's Tomorrow Never Dies, 1999's The World is Not Enough, and 2002's Die Another Day. His son, Sean Brosnan (2007's Surveillance 24/7,2008 TV miniseries Generation Kill), is an aspiring actor who appeared in his father's film Robinson Crusoe (1997), and as his father's stand-in for Laws of Attraction (2004). Pierce's late first wife, Cassandra Harris (Sean's mother), was an actress who appeared in several episodes of Remington Steele with her husband. Interestingly, she also played "Lisl" in the 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only, in which actor Roger Moore played Bond. During filming, Cassandra introduced Pierce to Bond films producer Albert R. Broccoli. Pierce also adopted Cassandra's two children from her first marriage to associate producer Dermot Harris, Charlotte and Christopher. Charlotte Brosnan is an aspiring actress who appeared in Pierce's films The Disappearance of Kevin Johnson (1996) and The Nephew (1998). Christopher Brosnan worked as an assistant director for Pierce's films The World is Not EnoughTomorrow Never Dies, and Robinson Crusoe. He was also a production runner on the set of GoldenEye
